Cooled by I.C.E., located in Sarasota, Florida, is a family owned and operated company that
was established in 1970. The company was a member of N.A.R.S.A., National Automotive
Radiator Service Association for nearly 30 years during which Bob served as president of the
association from 1990 to 1992.
Our venture into custom built aluminum radiators came about when the auto manufacturers
began introducing aluminum radiators to the auto market. This necessitated that we in the
industry develop ways to repair them. Cooled by I.C.E. purchased the necessary equipment,
sought the necessary training and continues to refine its skills - which has brought us to today.

quality workmanship.

build aluminum radiators with or without oil coolers. Why
aluminum? Because aluminum radiators allow for greater
heat transfer using the same or less space required for
traditional copper/brass radiators. Increased fuel efficiency is
a definite benefit when trimming the weight of the vehicle.
Also, aluminum has been proven to run 30 to 40 degrees
cooler. All the cores we use are furnace brazed construction
ensuring the strongest bond in the industry. Advanced
engineering in the core design ensure superior heat transfer.
All tanks are custom fabricated and made of 80 thousanths
aluminum. Both inner and outer sides of seams are TIG
welded to give strength that is needed for today's high output
engines. Personal contact with each customer is assured.
